We provide music editing and mashup services. You can send us songs or audio files, and we’ll edit them based on your request.

We do not sell or license music — we only edit the files you give us for your personal or limited use.

By sending us music or requesting an edit, you agree that:

1) You either own the song, have permission to use it, or are allowed to request edits.
2) You take full legal responsibility for how the edited music is used.
3) You will not share, sell, post online, or distribute any copyrighted music we edit for you unless you have the proper license or permission.

We rely on your honesty that you have the rights to use the material you provide.

1) We will only use your files to complete your project.

2) We will not post, share, or distribute your music publicly.

3) We do not provide or arrange any music licenses.

4) We are not responsible for copyright issues that may come from the music you send us.

Your edited music will be delivered through your private account or a secure link. Only you can access your project files.

If there’s a technical problem or a clear mistake on our end, we’ll fix it or issue a refund. Revisions are available within 7 days after completion of edit and also 5 days after each revision. Once a final version is approved and sent, no refunds are available.

1) You are responsible for getting permission to use copyrighted songs.

2) We are not responsible for how you use the edited music.

3) You agree to protect and hold harmless M.Tune, LLC & Edits On Demand from any legal claims or damages related to the music you provide.

All original editing work (including cuts, fades, mashups, timing adjustments, etc.) created by Edits On Demand by M.Tune is part of the service you paid for. However, the underlying music remains the property of its original copyright holder. You receive a personal-use copy of the edited version — not ownership or a license to the music itself.

Edits On Demand by M.Tune is not responsible for any loss, damages, or legal issues arising from how you use your edited music. Our total liability to you will never exceed the amount you paid for the service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any project at any time and for any reason, including (but not limited to) situations where the content may be illegal, offensive, or violate copyright law.
If a project is canceled before editing begins, we’ll issue a full refund. If work has already started, refunds may be partial or unavailable, depending on the progress made.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our service means you accept any updates. You will also be notified via email about new Terms of Service updates.
